~ The bluff slopes are watered once every three weeks. If you see areas that are not getting watered or if the sprinklers are hitting your glass, alert Management.
~ Do I need to get permission before I install a satelitte dish? Yes, you must fill out a Satelitte Dish Request Form and submit it to Management for Board review and approval.
~ How long does it take for an architectural application to be approved? In accordance with Civil Code you must receive response within 30 days but usually it will take no more than a week.
