Welcome to the One Westbluff Community Association webpage. We’re glad you stopped by. We’re hoping that this webpage will foster community spirit, and help us to know each other better, in addition to disseminating general “housekeeping” items.

As a Board, we’re very interested in knowing what you would like to see improved in the community, as well as receive any help that you’re willing to provide to help us build up the neighborhood.

The purpose of the Neighborhood Association is to maintain the landscaping, and Common Areas for the benefit of the homeowners.  The association is governed by the board which meets every other month.

Residents of One Westbluff residents are encouraged to work together to build a harmonious neighborhood.  If any disputes between individual Owners should arise, the parties are encouraged to try to resolve them on their own.

Upcoming Homeowner’s Meeting

All residents are invited to the upcoming Homeowner’s Meeting which is being held by the One Westbluff Community Association. On September 21, 2011, the Board of Directors will be holding a homeowner’s meeting in regards to general Association business. We ask all owners to come to the meeting to learn about current and upcoming events. Additionally, we are looking for Committee volunteers which is  a great way to give back to your community and have a say in how HOA policies are implemented.

The meeting will take place in the Westchester Community Center @ 7:00PM.
